Job Profile (front desk and Room reservations):
Handling Guest Complaints & queries in a polite and efficient manner
Ensuring a High level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area
Ensure that guests receive a fast, efficient and friendly Check In and Check Out
Responsible for the enrolments of Guest Loyalty Program like GRT Connect Preferred Guest and Welcome award program and achieving the monthly target for enrolments.
Ensuring that Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from customers or other departments
Maximize hotel revenue through yield management and up selling
Responsible for training that will aid in development of staff.
Attending guest queries in regard with room reservation.
Reverting to guest mails on prompt manner so that they are satisfied.
Coordinating with guests for their residential conferences.
Cashiering, Cash closings for the day, posting tariff.
