I have completed Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation Management and am doing my MBA in Anna University , which I am confident will contribute my participation with your Hotel as a housekeeping Executive.

    My future career goals are to manage a reputed chain of hotel in my home country and abroad.     Hotel Information : The Crowne Plaza Sohar IHG Group of Hotel,126rooms, 6 Presidential suites Rooms, Banquet halls, Swimming pool, Fitness centre & Spa, Tennis Court, Diving and Water Sports Center.

    Duties & Responsibilities :
    Prepare weekly Schedule
    Prepare training for room and laundry attendants in all housekeeping procedure and standard,
    Supervise the operation of housekeeping and laundry areas to ensure the achievement of productivity and quality service standard,
    Inspect guest rooms to ensure the cleanliness standard and proper amenity and literature placement have been met,
    Maintaining hygiene as per standard.
    Inventory control & maintaining par stock,
    Conducting daily briefing.
    Maintaining guest relations & guest feed back,
    Making work schedule,

    Duties & Responsibilities : Supervise the guest room cleanliness and assign work to the room attended and trainees,
    Take morning briefings and attendance,
    Par stock counting,
    Supervise to ensure all the floor pantries, par stock of linen and guest amenities,
    Check the room status and clear the room for selling,
    Prepare maintenance program schedule,
    Taking inventory.

    Position : Hotel operation Trainee

    Duties & Responsibilities : Supervise the house man and trainees and assign work to them maintain cleanliness of the guest rooms,
    Report missing or broken hotel property to the floor supervisor,
    Attend daily briefings and give attendance,
    Count soiled linen handed over to the floor linen rooms,
    Hand over lost and found articles to the floor supervisor,
    Change the water glasses daily and fill the water flasks,
    Turn down beds in the evening and drew the curtains,
    Remove rubbish and dispose it in the assigned area,
    Prepare room checklist,
    Return keys to the house keeping department and sign the register before going off the duty,
    Make occupancy report everyday report any engineering problems such as air conditioning,
    Lighting, carpanting, painting, plumbing and any sort of repairing works,
    Report to the assistant housekeeper.
