    • I handle a team of five people.
    • projects/timesheets by my team are sent to me for approval.
    • I run the systems tools such as whizible, folklore, sharepoint in the organisation.

The presentations are then sent to me for my approval and any changes that are to be made are done by me and I do the presentations to the senior managers.
    • whenever any of my team members are unable to solve an issue, the call or the mail is escalated to me for further customer interaction.
    • I send my team for training on a monthly basis, that involves “customer behaviour” “ problem solving” “business ethics”, since we deal with a lot of customers, issues on a day to day basics.
