Job description:
• I handle a team of five people.
• projects/timesheets by my team are sent to me for approval.
• I run the systems tools such as whizible, folklore, sharepoint in the organisation.
• my team is incharge of the commerical part of the system tools such as invoicing, reports; that are viewed by me in the utilisation reports every month.
• my team also is in charge of sending out cheques that is signed by me to the tool providers.
• organisational remapping is done using the system tools. Data is got from the hr department which is sent to my team, they do the resource remapping and it is sent to me for approval.
• resynchronising of timesheets for client location employees are taken care of my team and myself.
• I take care of issues that rises regarding the tool, if my team cannot handle it.
• my team and i, coordinate with the hr department since folklore is a hris tool and the marketing and sales department since sharpoint is a sales tracker.
• making sure my team prepares the powerpoint presentations for presentations done in fileds of organisational interest. For example: stragetic plan, bu metrics. The presentations are then sent to me for my approval and any changes that are to be made are done by me and I do the presentations to the senior managers.
• whenever any of my team members are unable to solve an issue, the call or the mail is escalated to me for further customer interaction.
• I send my team for training on a monthly basis, that involves “customer behaviour” “ problem solving” “business ethics”, since we deal with a lot of customers, issues on a day to day basics.
