Managed the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. Special Responsibilities & Duties
i. To assist and ensure that selection and appointment related note/papers are prepared/processed/put up for approval duty.
ii. To assist and ensure that all job contract / appointment letter for the selected personnel are prepared and issued correctly and timely maintaining absolute confidentiality.
iii. To assist and organize induction/orientation programme for newly joined employees in coordination with T & D.
iv. To assist and coordinate the recruitment; selection & placement section and ensure the placement of newly joined employees to the respective Department / unit/ Factory and follow-up.
v. To assist and carry out performance appraisal for Head Office staffs as well as factory office staffs as per Company’s performance management policy and procedures:-
a. To assist and ensure that the performance appraisal of newly joined employees after 2 months is carried out timely. Also ensure the issuance of Memo informing his / her strength & weakness.
b. To assist and ensure that performance appraisal of probationers on 4th but before 6th month is carried out timely.
c. To assist and coordinate the timely recommendation on performance appraisal after 2 months and on 4th month but before 6th months.
d. To assist and organize / conduct performance appraisal interview by the committee from time to time in the manner prescribed.
vi. To assist and ensure that all letters / orders / advices in connection with performance appraisal, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer and deduction are prepared / issued / timely and maintain updated database.
vii. To assist and ensure all personal files of Head Office employees and office staff (original file) & floor staff (shadow file) of factories are maintained with absolute safety and confidentially.
viii. To assist and maintain Employee Reference (Incentive) Bonus scheme as update process its approval and advice to Accounts Department
ix. To assist draft office note, office circular, office memo, letters to the respective areas from time to time basis.
x. To participate, disburse Wages / OT / Salary / Allowances in the factory as per schedule.
xi. To assist maintain all required HRIS reports in the assigned areas and
xii. any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
