I am currently working as a Human Resources Coordinator in a Nursing and Homecare Recruitment Agency in the UK. I want to relocate to Mauritius and most importantly, I am eager to stay in a professional recruitment environment with a view of sharing my knowledge and skills acquired from my past three years in a British setting. I am seeking a challenging HR position at management level in a growth-oriented organisation which offers diverse job responsibilities to further utilise my analytical, negotiation and decision making skills; as I picture myself as a strategic partner towards the accomplishment of your corporate objectives.
My experience in the field of leisure and elderly care sector has enabled me to become a high energy administrative, dependable professional with good judgment and wisdom. This has also allowed me to gain excellent knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, labour relations and personnel information systems, business and management principles. My exposure with employment laws, recruitment process, management and guidance of employees, will enable me in performing this role to the maximum of my abilities.
My professional experience and educational background encapsulate the competencies required for the current position. I have a history of strong staff management, working closely with my current team on individual development plans. Additionally, I am very passionate towards promoting staff successes for better performance management within the organisation. I strive to promote a continuous improvement culture within my team with a view of coping with the ever-changing demands of the market place by encouraging constant open and honest feedback among team members.
