Tasks:
1. Ensure sale, implementation and maintenance of EBanking. This includes demonstration, activation, installation and training with the objective to maximize customer use of EBanking

3. Help in setting up a MIFT reduction plan and ensure maximum use by customers of EBanking transaction initiation products.
A. Principal Responsibilities
1. Responsible for EBanking customer installations and maintenance. Regular follow-up service calls will be essential to monitor customer satisfaction.
2. Responsible for EBanking customer training. This should also include training customers’ IT departments.
3. Manage the process of installations, documentation and follow up. Ensure good coordination with Corporate and Commercial bank RMs.

6. Train internal staff as required on RCS activation and EBanking
