Audio Engineering Diploma Studied at SAE College Byron Bay.
Audio Visual Technician Traineeship completed over 12months with Staging Connections Gold Coast.
Cert III Live Theatre, Sound and Lighting Production Completed with Staging Connections Gold Coast.
Level 1 & Level 2 AV Technician Levels completed with Staging Connections Gold Coast.
Elevated Work Platform Licence. (eg Scissor Lift)
Based at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre for 12 months as an AV Technician for Staging Connections working on both small scale meeting room conferences/events to very large scale events such as Sound Operator for NBL Games in the Arena, Gala Dinners in Exhibition Halls, Vision Switcher and Lighting Operator for Events, Experience in Exhibition Rigging and Entertainment Rigging, with large truss lines and flying Audio Systems and Lighting Rigs. Crew Leader for Event Bump ins & Bump outs, Technical Integration for other Companies working in the Convention Centre and knowledge about Klotz in-house patching systems and Media Matrix.
Familiar with Windows XP, Vista. Some Apple Mac knowledge.
Worked with Word, Powerpoint and Excel, As well as a whole range of Audio Production programs and software.
Familiar with large line-array audio systems, familiar with analog mixing desks and some digital, have worked with most audio gear, high end projectors, System install systems such as AMX Panels, vision mixers/switchers and lighting desks.
Worked Full Time as an AV Technician with Staging Connections from June 2006-March 2009, where I decided to continue my employment as a Casual Employee which allows me to freelance around, gaining knowledge from various Companies and Venues to further my skills and experience in the field. |
