Involved with business development of Bank in new markets following recent entry (Romania, Russia and Ukraine). Performed strategic analysis for each country with an emphasis on its Retail Banking industry.
Heavily involved with hands-on work in Romania’s Retail Banking Department (developed three innovative products, established a personalization platform for Direct Mailing in Romania and applied a micro-marketing model to boost traffic in the new branches).
Involved in optimizing IT operations between the new markets and the Cyprus core systems, for cross-border loans.
