Diagnose hardware problems, replace defective components.
Maintain and administrator computer networks and related environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software & all configurations.
Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems & networks and to coordinate computer network access and use.
Recommend changes to improve systems / network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Install, assemble & configure computers. Monitor network infrastructure; printers, scanners and related hardware.
Troubleshoot problem with computer systems, hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; make repairs and corrections as needed.
Install softwares-drivers and correct errors by making appropriate changes and then re-checking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced.
Make hardware & software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs and provide justification for equipment and services.
Assembling & Cabling Cisco Devices.
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan layout, including type of computers and peripheral equipment modifications.
Knowledge of Active Directory Bridges, Switches & LAN Design.
