Position: General Manager of ExpertSoft-Itechnologies.(multinational company). Nr of employees 30-50.
Run and manage the company’s business based on plans and budgets. Build a team of professionals for outsourcing services in Italy. Lead, motivate, train and support the people; Work independently and report directly to the shareholders.
Responsabilities:
Work very close with Italian clients, selling software solutions, managing projects and directing different departments, developing, financial, customer care, call center, tech support. Very appreciated by clients as SMEG, Democratici di Sinistra, Ac-software, Florenceonline, WPSoft, etc
One of the big challenge in this company was the startup of the division for Allied Telesyn Italy (in less than 5 weeks) that offers helpdesk support for EU clients.

Activities:
As project manager inside the software department, I worked with a team of programmers creating web applications (ERP). I created from scratch a content management + CRM (webprofessional) +ecommerce system 100% web based. This was a pioneer’s work because at that time the CMS + CRM systems were not developed as today. Follow all the product aspect from client requests, developing, to marketing and sales. Responsible of the projects’ implementation and all the company’s operation.
Another product that I managed was an e-learning system (e.Learning.Ro). Work in collaboration with programmers, graphic designers to create an e-learning application that was used also to promote company products.
Results:
Ensure an effective working environment; raise the brand of the company, arriving in 2001 in Top20 Romania for small IT&C companies
