Scope of Work:
Monitoring the Coated Line-Pipe Transportation from Batam to the offshore site between Labuhan Maringgai (Sumatra), Cilegon (West Java) during the offshore pipeline installation of 32-in x 88.2 km, ensure all vessels documents preparation as they entry into Indonesia territory and control & schedule the usage of Crew Boat, Supply Boat and CIQP as well.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the Project the Mobilization Schedule. Ensure all the Coated Pipe Lines are scheduled for its Transportation and to be developed, and coordinated with Subcontractor. Make sure the current shipping documents, Export & Import Procedures, for Bonded Area like BC 2.3, and EBZ Type II or BC 4.0 Permit. Prepare the Vessels / Barges supporting documents to get the permit of PPKA from Sea-Com Department. Monitoring and scheduling the cargo transportation spread (Barges & Tug Boats) to the offshore Site. Discuss with Customs to get the requirements of customs clearance of transportation the Barges and tug boats for the temporary imported permit. Prepare and check the supporting documents for custom clearance in which we have the facilities of the free import duty accordance with issued SKEP. Prepare the supporting documents for Under Water Work permit for offshore site. Ensure every vessel documents are completed as they go in and out to Indonesia territorial, and retrieve the Custom Bond or Guarantee Letter at Local appointed customs based on SKEP issued. Control & Schedule the crew boat & supply boat in order to support the needs of Working Barges and Tug Boats including materials supply required. Involve in HSE (Health & Safety Environment) officer to ensure the all personnel work safely, use and wear the PPE (Personal protection Equipments) at Site. Check the Jetty Documents which will be used for loading and unloading activities. Assist the Administration Department, General Affair & Project Coordination Manager in order to obtain the various permits for the Project of SSWJ CP-2, CP-4 and CP-5 such as Master List, Tax Exemption, License for Foreign Contractor to work, Expatriate Permit, Location Permit from Local Authority and other document related to our Project. Assist the Finance Manager to ensure the Project Interim Payment collect as agreed from PGN & KPPN, etc.
