Dear Sir
I have been working at Petrochemical Plant as an Electrical Superintendent since 1996 to present ( total experience more than 20 years )
Main duties / responsibilities to keep run all equipment for Electric and Instrumentation at plant . Do the preventive maintenance . modification and commissioning for new equipment . Make monthly report to Maintenance Manager .
I have joint with CGEE Alsthom Principal for commissioning Process Air Compressor ( PAC ) the biggest syncron motor induction capacity 22 Mega Watt Voltage 11 KV and another induction motors capacity 250 KW up to 600 KW Voltage 6.6 KV . And also low voltage induction motors 1 KW up to 200 KW voltage 380 Volt
I have conducted for commissioning Distribution Transformer 150 KV / 21 KV capacity 50 MVA , Transformer 21 KV / 11 KV capacity 28 MVA, Transformer 21 KV / 6,6 KV and 6.6 KV / 380 Volt
I have conducted De_bottle necking project as an Electrical Leader for Heavy duty motor of the process main reactor:
o Motor capacity upgraded from 750 kw to 1150 kw brand ABB
o Transformer step down 6 KV / 400 V and step up upgraded 400 V / 6 KV
o Provided Inverter Brand ABB capacity 1500 kw
I have experiences at Gold Mining for 3.5 years and Steel Manufacture for 7 years as Electric Supervisor
