    Responsible for managing the full life cycle of the development process.
    • Worked with Team Leads who did the detailed project management to define timelines, resource availability, budget, dependencies, etc. For each project.
    • Worked with Team Leads on a monthly basis to review the project plans and monitor the project status to assure that the projects are moving as planned.

    Provided project management and 3rd level support for ADSL network.
    • As a Project Manager worked on project planning, business analysis, design and

    • Provided training to level 1 and level 2.

    Accomplishments: Designed and developed a trouble tracking database for the Network Operation Center in Remedy. Built a knowledge transfer database in Remedy.

    1996 to 1998 - Project Leader/network Analyst, Gtei (bbn), Columbia, MD
    Provided project management and 3rd level support for a 250+ frame relay Cisco router network (Sheraton Hotels).
    • Provided 2nd level support to the Operations Department.
    • As a project manager provided planning, design and development support.
    • Lead a team of 4 Analysts.
    • Visited customer on a monthly basis to better understand their needs and to assure outstanding customer service.

    Accomplishments: Developed engineering documentation. Improved customer service relations.

    BBN was a full-service provider of communications services to internet providers such as America On-line. They also provided monitoring and support to large business such as the hotel industry.

    Installed and configured Cisco routers. Troubleshot wide area networks problems.
    • Monitored and analyzed the performance of the network.
    • Developed a database in Access for the Network Control Center to be used in keeping a log of events.

    Accomplishments: Wrote standard operating procedures to help improve performance. Developed a trouble ticket system.

    I-Net was a large information company that provided an array of IT services to large companies and the Government. Their services included but were not limited to application development, help desk support, network design and monitoring. They were acquired by WANG in late 1990s.
