After a joint venture between Fletcher Challenge and Pioneer International of Australia, got promoted as ¡§Plant Manager¡¨ In charge of total operation, maintenance and technical of the ready mix concrete manufacturing unit. I was reporting to the Area Manager. After Pioneer International was bought over by Hanson Plc of United Kingdom, a second largest ready mix concrete producer in the world and largest producer of aggregates in the world, got promoted as ¡§Plant Manager-Hyderabad (Profit center)¡¨ In charge of the total area with regards to Sales, Payments, Technical, Feasibility study and recommendations for future expansion in my area of allocation. I was reporting directly to the Managing Director-Indian Operations.

Aditya Vikram Birla Group, world¡¦s eighth largest cement manufacturing company in the group¡¦s ready mix concrete division (Birla Ready Mix) as ¡§Dy-Manager-Production¡¨ in charge of their Chennai Ready Mix Concrete Manufacturing unit. Later got transferred as ¡§Project Manager¡¨ in charge for the operations, supplies and quality standards for a ¡§Singapore Township Project¡¨ at Hyderabad wherein we had to supply 1,00,000cum of concrete by running the clients own batching plant within 13 months, by procuring quality raw material, produce concrete, supply and pump concrete as per the clients requirement. Completed the project as per the schedule and also as per the quality standards and service levels expected by the consultants, clients and the contractors. After completion of the project, got transferred to Bangalore to work under the groups ¡§Business Head-Ready mix Concrete¡¨ coordinating with all ready mix concrete manufacturing units with regards to sales co-ordination, maintenance, indigenization of spares, training for new recruits with regards to batching plants operations and maintenance, feasibility study for future expansions and new plants erection and commissioning.

„« Was into consultancy to builders and developers who intend to/have set up batching plants and other ready mix concrete related equipments required to produce concrete to cater to their projects concrete requirement. I also help them in technical aspects with regards to batching plant, concrete and other batching plant related equipments.

„« Worked in Qatar as "Manager" of the ready mix concrete division of big group of companies, in charge of three batching plants of 120cum/hr and two 60 cum/hr capacities. I was in charge of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical, Payments collection, Raw material sourcing and Maintenance of 4 placer boom concrete pumps of 36, 36, 42 and 47 mts and a fleet of 32 transit mixers of capacities varying from 9 cum to 15 cum. I was also in charge of the hollow block factory. I was reporting directly to the Chairman and Managing Director. Completed my contract successfully.
„« Worked in Acc Holcim, a Multi national company in India in their ready mix concrete division as ¡§Area Business Head¡¨ in charge of total area of Tamil nadu with regards to all aspects of business in my area of operations.
„« Presently working in a multi national company headquartered in Dubai as ¡§General Manager- Ready Mix Concrete¡¨ division of the group, based in Chennai.
„« I have good operational, maintenance, erection and commissioning knowledge of various batching plants like Simem 90cum/hr, Schwing Stetter M1 & CP 30, ORU 20cum/hr and O Coughi plants, Static concrete pumps of Putzmeister 1404 & 1407, Schwing Stetter 350D & 1800D, Placers boom, transit mixers of Schwing Stetter & Cifa, Front-end loader 430Z and JCB 3D with back hoe.
