DCS Panel Operator:
Maintain the production ON spec, keeping the process steady,
Follow the instruction of shift supervisor,
Take reading each shift and monitoring well the profile parameters
Start and stop the plant and equipments from DCS. Depending to scenario status.
Follow routine check for DCS operator.
Keep monitoring the trends and take action in case we have emergency situation
Start CO2 plant removes, Mark-V compressor, trains start up treating LPG/Condy and gas and maintaining the production ON spec.
Stat recompression gas machine, booster gas machine and LPG/Condy terminal export tank, Expander, Reciprocating Compressor as per CCR check list.
Start and monitor utilities package N2, IA, water treatment and inlet Separation
Slug-catcher unit.
Start bring wells as per wells department procedure and close wells for each scenario
Case (Different ESD).
Loading and off-loading LPG/Condy tanks for export in safe.
Raise a work request for any defective equipments
Trouble shouting problems process change and good experience on Honeywell TDC3000.
Use PHD system to diagnostic the disturbances of equipments
Well challenge with F&G and ESDs trip logic
Follow the FRT/ERT instruction procedure

2 years in university for engineering diploma preparation, with 2years Certificate diplomat formation from API (Algeria) as a higher senior technician LNG diploma took in English, and 4years experience in gas processing and separation plant
