Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for defining and enforcing the Quality Systems to insure that product conforms to specifications and customer contract requirements. It also provides direct supervision of assigned personnel in Quality Assurance, QC and Engineers.
2.Lead QA/QC activities by organizing departmental goals/objectives into achievable projects and programs
3.Review all activity standards and methods of work in the QA/QC department to promote efficiency, update/ improve work procedures and strive for continuous improvement while in compliance with company and international standard
4.Review development status, such as time schedule of quality project, cost/budget, and performance/accidents to ensure that the projects are running well and problems are being resolved
5.Guide, monitor and control safety practices in the work area ensuring safe work practices with safety standards
