    Executive Assistant to Vice President;
    Key Responsibilities:
    • To Assist and represent particularly Vice President for the concerned division on daily basis
    • Provide extensive administrative support to the VP in day-to-day communication, agenda preparation, meeting coordination, appointment and other general executive secretary duties.
    • Fully responsible for CAPEX (Capital Expenses) for the division
    • To take a full responsibility in organizing all events related to the operations such as annual conference, meetings and summits
    • To arrange VP personal trip (Home leave), all out
    • Budget Controller for divisional expenses: Director, Manager and Supervisor’s operational expenses; incl. Petty Cash Handling for division
    • Fully responsible for VP daily operational expenses (fuel, meal, entertain) and other personal expense (schooling, relocation, personal trip)
    • Fully responsible for VP annual leave organization, travel/vacation arrangement, as well as the claim report (travel and entertainment)
    • Attending and taking minutes of meetings
    • Form and maintain relationships with key organizational colleagues/corporate functions and third parties.

    • Assisting Marketing Manager in doing Presentation to the prospective client and supporting in Question-Answer Session
    • Actively involved in doing administration; issuing insurance policy/certificate; invoice, etc.
    • Actively involved in collecting the premium collection
    • Preparing monthly and yearly Marine Cargo report; including yearly projection internally for the company management and externally to the Insurance Company.
