I started working with M-I SWACO in 1999, after working 5 years as drilling fluids specialist, I have been promoted to fluids supervisor (Coordinator), then to DF Area engineer in 2006, where I am supervising Multinational customers operating in Algeria (Repsol, Total, Anadarko, AGIP, CNPC…).
I have been promoted in July 2008 to Senior Drilling Fluids Project Engineer which is my actual position in M-I Swaco.
I speak and write fluently 3 languages Arabic, English and French, very good skills and self motivate.
I have an excellent experience in managing project with big Oil companies. Team leader I coordinate 5 to 10 Rigs with 4 to 5 customers in one time. Supervising 50 mud engineers, and 2 field supervisors.
