    Duties


    • Coordinate with tem to develop a preventative maintenance plan and curative job plan.
    • Manage and Organize safety Meetings for the maintenance team.
    • Manage Work requests, Work Order, Purchase request, purchase Order, PMs, Equipment historic, using MAXIMO.
    • Coordinate with SCM to improve the stock management.
    • Shut Downs Preparation.
    • Set the 5 years maintenance plan.
    • Set the yearly Maintenance plan.
    • Monitor the annual inspections program of turbines and static equipments.
    • supervise planning team work (Electrical, Mechanical and Instrument Planner)
    • Order and Prepare Parts and consumable needed for the work orders.
    • Make and follow maintenance plan using MSProject.
    • Prepare the plan for the turbines Major inspection & hydro test of vessels.
    • Establish the monthly report (reliability and availability of Machines) and Work Order Statistics report.

    2006- until now: Chef Planning (Equivalent of Senior Planning engineer)

    Duties:

    • Monitor team, apply the HSE rules.

    • Supervise the Planning team: 2 engineers, 2 supervisors, 6 planners (2electrical, 2 Mechanical, 2 Instrumental Planner), 2 doc controllers.

    • Manage a daily meeting (maintenance-operation)

    • Attend and provide assistance on several meetings:
    MOC meetings (management of change)
    SCM meetings.
    Budget meeting.
    Risk assessment meeting

    • Monitor the Use of MAXIMO tool and manage maintenance operations, procurement, manage spare parts, manage work requests, and manage the history of interventions on equipments.

    • Participate on the budget preparation.
