KLIA Gas District Cooling Gdc (o&m)
• Perform preventive, predictive and routine maintenance task.
• Troubleshooting, repair and minor programming of various PLC & DCS control system, frequency drives and other electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting instrument temperature, pressure, level and flow control loops.
• Repair or replace control device such as switches, control valve, photo eyes, proximity sensor, push button, contactor, motor starter, transmitter etc.
• Carry out report for the completion work.
• Perform work order repairs, inspection and adjustments.
• Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair problems.
• Training maintenance personnel on equipment control.
• Assist maintenance with other repairs when needed.
• Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
• Perform customer metering.
• Do in house calibration.
• Participate emergency respond as First Aid Team.
• Perform breaker switching together with chargeman including 33kV & 11kV breaker.
• Repair, inspection and installation electrical equipment such as electric motor, lighting etc.
Field Technician
Makhostia Utilities Sdn Bhd
KLCC Gas District Cooling Gdc (o&m)
Operate and monitor performance of process and utility such as chilled water, cooling water, steam and electricity.
Check for any safety or environmental related issues on location and similarly report as above.
Check all pumping wells to insure they are pumping correctly; check daily gauges to verify loss or gain of pumped fluids.
Check POC for run time changes and calibration on location.
Keep mechanical integrity for operations smooth, and maintain as necessary or report for larger changes requiring specialty equipment.
Check injection stations, chemical pumps, and mechanical equipment for proper lubrication, leaks and unusual sounds. Report problems to supervisor.
Check all pumps (pneumatic or mechanical) to see if they are in proper working order or repair if needed.
Perform routine field patrol, sampling and laboratory analysis.
Check to ensure that all chemical pumps and rates are in working order and pumping the required chemical amount. Communicate any problems to chemical rep.
Check pumping units for maintenance as required.
Help trouble shoot, take fluid shots, make applicable changes, and work closely with all staff personnel involved in field issues.
Ensure all housekeeping issues are taken care of immediately. Take care of equipment and vehicle cleanliness and maintenance as required.
Check all locks and seals periodically

• Certificate in Operation & setting Saacke S320 Dierct Digital Combustion Control System.
• Certificate in PTW & Fire Fighting (Consist)
Capabilities
General Knowledge in Industrial Health Safety & Environments (Hse)
Knowledge in Windows (95/98/00/ NT/XP & Vista), with Microsoft Offices ( Word, Power Point, Excel & Front Page) & Lotus SmartSuite( Word Pro, Spreadsheet & Freelance)
Problem-solving skills.
General Knowledge in Electrical
Ability to work with little direct supervision.
Know to Troubleshooting PC
Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
