In Project Management:
Accountable to the Project Director for completion the project on site and for performing project activities. Responsibility cover various works beginning from engineering works, procurement activities, and construction activities, including initiating preliminary budget, controlling project operation schedule, selecting qualified personnel for site assignment, selecting vendor or subcontractors, and overall controlling project performance to be completed in frame schedule.
In Finance and administrations:
Responsibility for maintain positive cash flow, forecast potential problem that may occur during contract period, coordinating and controlling contract execution between the company and clients, and between the company and vendor or subcontractor.
In Business Development:
Responsible for initiating business development strategy and marketing coordination, project approach, tender coordinating and clarification and negotiation. Practical responsible covered jobs in project approaching to potential client, both of government & private sector, analyzing market to initiate business development strategy, promoting company capabilities, obtaining project budget information from various related sources, arranging joint operation with other companies when necessary, obtaining necessary input for turkey, BOD basis, etc. Arranging technical meeting with client to find out involvement possibility, preparing complete company profile in terms of promoting company, finding out competitors capabilities for any particular opportunities, providing all basic information to tender and project meeting to enable informed discussion to take place and basic decision to be made making a commercial appreciating of the documents.
