    4. Handling HR issues for 16 local Mozambican, hired by me.
    5. Expats and locals crew changes organization and bookings for over 50 employees.
    6. Employees’ appraisals and performance monitoring.
    7. Managing QHSE issues including Bi-weekly statistics, incidents reporting and investigations.
    8. Arrangements on different Vaccinations and Malaria tablets & repellants.
