Greenfield Petroleum Retail Outlet projects
A) Layout design to commissioning of facilities for Mega format Retail outlets in Cities and along highways with avg storage of 200 KL in . Canopies, Eateries, Truckers facilities etc in Outlets spread over more than 3 acres.
B) Outlets equipped with Underground MS/FRP tanks, MS pipelines, multi product automated fuel dispensors.
C) End to end automation with technologies of world standard viz ATG, EPS, Servers, data communication systems.
Augmentation/Re-modelling of Retail Outlets
A) Inclusion of Auto-LPG and branded fuels at Outlets; addition of tanks/ Dispensors, Auto-LPG tank Farm.
B) Face uplift of existing Outlets; dismantling old facilities & introduction of automated facilities.
II : Oil & Gas Operations, HSE , Maintenance
A) Operations of Oil Terminals located along product pipeline (Avg thruput of 10000 KLPM) and Mega LPG Bottling Plant (2100 MT LPG storage ). LPG cylinders bottling in carousels , stock transfer through pipeline, supply & distribution, decantation/filling, stock loss & quality control; SAP implementation & usage for accounting.
B) HSE of Plant facilities, safe operations, implementation of disaster control mgmt plan and ISO standards.
C) Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all tank farm/pump house/FF facilities at Terminals, and Fuel Outlets.
III: Solar Power Plants & Fit-out /Greenfield Retail Projects (present assignment)
A) 5 & 45 MWp Solar power projects of crystalline Photo-Voltaic cells for direct electricity transmission through PV array & Power Conditioning Unit with string inverters to utility power grid and subsequently to 132/33 KV grid through sub-station.
B) Fit-out projects of Hyper Malls and Speciality Formats (average 5000 sqft) equipped with HVAC systems, elevators, false ceiling, ACP, electrical gadgets and furnishings.
A) Green-field projects of construction of National Distribution Centres in 1.6 lakh sqft covered area with pre-fab building with under roof Dupont insulation, VDF flooring etc in plot spread over 23 acre.
