    Additional Responsibilities,
    • Acted as a Project Engineer at the site. Responsible for getting contract drawings approved by consultant Resident Engineer and provide it to site for execution.
    • Responsible for getting materials approved and maintaining record of all engineering works and drawings, for whole Project.
    • Responsible for maintaining proper record of Pipe line Works.
    • Responsible for looking after the site Execution work, Making shop drawings and Getting it Approved for construction by Consultant Engineers.
    • Making Bar Bending schedules For Whole Project Structures.
    • Chalking out weekly and monthly projections of project`s progress as per planned time period.
    • Material Reconciliation and Quantity surveying.
    • Looking after technical issues.
    • Maintaining a peaceful relationship between Manpower and Management.
    • Control and direction of a multi-disciplinary, multinational work force.
    • Cooperate with the consultants and clients for submission of shop drawings.

    Detailing of Routine Works,
    • Raise the RFI’s each Stage works and given to consultant for checking and completion of works. Approved RFI’s handover to Quantity Surveyor Department. Billing of the Materials, Fitting, Pipes & Execution works etc.
    • Familiar with P&ID’s, PEFS & Different Standards.
    • Fit up & weld visual inspection and approvals during work after welding. Checking Repair welding.
    • Mitering of specials, internal & external coating in workshop as per specifications & approvals.
    • Supervising Post welding Sand blasting, Internal & External Painting work for joints.
    • Responsible for project documentation like Welding control sheets, welding logs, and records of welding inspection till end of contract.
    • Liaison with subcontractors, consultants, Inspection agencies for quality related activities.
    • Post lowering using trenching and excavations techniques. Hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines.
    • Fiber optic and power cable ducting & installation, SCADA & instrumentation controls.
    • Supervision for temporary & permanent Cathodic protection of buried pipes.
    • Material inspection for fittings & Specials, Flanges, Nut bolts & Structural Supports fabrication.
    • Fitting Materials reconciliation for the whole project: Ordered, Received Qty is as per BOQ or Not Verifying, required Qty’s list given to Purchasing Dept. If required any Urgent Materials put MR get it material. If not get that materials locally purchase and complete the works.

    Detailing and Execution of Yard Piping,
     It should be restrained pipe line works for all DFC Sites.
     Fabrication of flange pipes according real site requirements & installation.
     Detailing of mechanical equipments and accessories. Pump house piping and fittings.
     Design of exhaust system, Air intake system and Fuel system for generator.
     Pump header support and pipe support design.
     Over head crane support system design and detailing.
     Ensure that equipment /materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
     Anticipating the material requirement & arranging for the same there by ensuring timely execution of the project.
     Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction and co-ordination with site management activities mainly MS pipeline, structural steel and mechanical equipment installations.
     Preparation of as built drawing and shop drawings.

    Contract Management,
     Preparation of method statement for mechanical installations.
     Preparation and approval of Quality Job Procedures, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). Conducting Welder’s Qualification Tests (WQT). Inspection of Fit –up, Welding. Preheating of Alloy Steel Piping and Post Weld Heat Treatment of the joints. Conducting Liquid Penetrant Test (LPT), Radiography Test (RT) on welded joints, Dye Penetrant test, Magnetic Particle Examination, Holiday Testing etc. Interpretation of Radiographs and preparation of all the Inspection Reports.
     Preparations of MAS and verification of test certificate as part of material approval.
     Interacting with suppliers & Subcontractors for the technical evaluation of the products & compliance with projects specifications.
     Responsible for all Material Approvals for pipeline related items like Welding consumables & Equipments, Internal & External Coating, Cathodic Protection. Material inspection for fittings & Specials, Flanges, Nut bolts & Structural Supports fabrication.

    Project Planning,
     Conceptualize the detailed project reports, project execution plans and monitoring the progress.
     Managing the quantity off take BOQ & tender drawings issued for construction.
     Monitor /Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings.
     Testing commissioning, planning, scheduling, expediting, issuing and control materials to the ongoing projects related to projects/ shutdown works in different system.
