| Objective and Resume Summary: |
|
Checking fabrication and NDT drawings, welders qualification against project approved welders’ list, welding parameters, job completion, inspection during fabrication and installation, endorsing Computer Input Requests (C.I.R.), ensuring correct application of NDT, witnessing pneumatic and hydro tests, borescope inspection, pipe flushing and retro-jetting. Carrying out certification job including C.I.R. and drawing input, MTN preparation, checking drawings against MTN.
Load out operations for Yuri Korchagin project – LUKOIL at Volzhskiy city, Russian Federation. Carried out visual inspection, coordination with PHV personnel during load out & pipe tally reporting. Reporting to Sr. Quality Supervisor/ Load out Supervisor.
Generate status reports on drawing status and pachkage clearance Ongoing Data compilation to reflect by either manual or electronic means the exact weld completion job status at any given point of time progressive punchlisting. Process all welder qualification information into electronic QC system or compile register or quals for Welding Engineering. Provide updated repair rate information and welder perfomance information to supervision and management
Review NDT drawings and ensure drawing matches with record received from fabrication.
Organize customer sign off electronically or manually for As Laid or fabrication certification package clearance. Prepare contract as built/as laid dossier contents as per Certification supervisors instructions. Scan all relevant material certificates for electronic packages or photocopy for hard copy packages. Review and file drawings ensuring current revision is always in use at time of data entry or update. Prepare lists and Indices for completions books or data records. Catalogue all subcontract data books received and assist in copying/scanning documents as required by contract. Where linked, provide data update to PIMS. Prepare test pack status for Quality Inspectors to assist in closing out Piping systems to allow Hydrotest.
