Main responsibilities :
1.In charge of opening and closing procedures in accordance to the company’s standards
2. Assist with day to day bar operations as well as supervising the bar staff.
3.Constantly take opportunity in enhancing customer’s satisfaction
4. Recognize customer dissatisfaction and take action to resolve problems; develop and use a customer recognition database
5.Assist colleagues when required and ensure designated work goals are met
