I hold an A.S.S. degree from the renowned Culinary Institute of America in New York where I was well trained in fine dining techiques and food preparation. As my resume indicates, I would like to continue my career in an atmosphere where I can apply and expand my culinary abilities as well as impact impact your restaurant in new diverse ways. In addition, I have over 8 years of experience as a Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Frist -Line Chef in four-star and fine dining establishments.
As my resume indicates, I am familiar with most cusines,however, I have a broad background in French, Italian and American. In most positions, I had the responsibility to order, maintain inventory control and food cost.One of my major strengths is my ability to perform under stressful situations while motivating staff members to optimum performance levels.
