     Develop and monitor annual sales operational plan (SOP) according forecasts;
     Management of sales prices and Trade terms (TT’s) vs competitors;
     Monitor and split the targets and volumes per branches; Customers and sales persons
     On continuous contact with the market actors through (sales force, Distributors, …..)
     Monitoring of performance per Channel; per Customer and branch wise
     define and pilot the trade marketing budget “ Sales operations plans / brand”
     Brand management and follow-up of Brand Operational Plans (Bop).
