• Building the merchandising department from scratch. Nowadays I m managing twelve employees scattered over three departments at the corporate level.
• Playing a major role in the company growth. When I joined Magrabi was possessing 45 stores located in 2 countries. Presently, Magrabi owns 170 stores located in 10 countries
• SAP implementation and rollout in 10 countries
