Professional Strengths and Development Needs
My professional strengths are:
- Good knowledge’s and experiences in fields like sales, strategically and operational management or human resources and training;
- Good managerial attitude, easy finding the sense of emergency, dealing with different kind of people and use them according with their skills, motivation all related with specific tasks.
-Good presentation skills
I perform well in crisis situation or stress but also I like to work based on plan, with clear and framed objectives.
I prefer task related with strategy development, planning, control, cost, negotiation, interviewing, consultancy and training.
In my opinion I consider I can respond well in an international organization (learning experience from different markets and cultures, which have an efficient internal communication system, with temple type structure), focused on the costumers satisfaction, both external and internal.
My development needs are in financial training, to learn how to manage investments market.
Weakness - not all the time I succeed to communicate my initiatives or work performances to superiors, because I think is their duty to observe that. I have to be more careful regarding communication with poor personality people or people which create trouble (less hardness).
I’m not happy if I not receive a feedback about my work, not necessary an official one. The same, I don’t like the impossibility to change or punish subordinates if they are not performing.
I dislike and not accept lies and stealing.
Personal information:
Perhaps among my main traits of character I could mention an ongoing interest in learning new things, an increased tolerance towards the people I get in contact with, and the capacity of making decisions in a very short time span, which I consider to be a vital ingredient in the business environment nowadays. Another major aspect is that I constantly try to reach and maintain an equilibrium between the professional and the personal sides of my life.
Furthermore, I believe that my age has gradually become an important asset in my activity, as the persons I have interracted with have realised that quantitative experience is not the only factor behind a solid, high-quality reasoning and capacity of analysis.

Manage a team of 60 people with 16 direct subordinates: Regional Managers, Logistic Manager, Operational Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, and Chief Accountant.

Prepare and introduce ISO 9001: 2000 procedures

Under my supervision the company became Romanian market leader for:
- Auto gas – 2004 - 39% market share (vs. 1999 – 29%)
– 2005 – 46% market share

- Reduce distributions cost from - 10,5% to 8,4% (2005 vs.2004)

I increased company`s share market in each year, and also net sales in my region was increased between 12-23% year by year.
I managed different temporary project all over Europe , because I build a new procedure in Shell Group regarding Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction.
The tool ,named Customer Value Proposition,is still functionally and used in Shell all over the world.
Manged a team of 22 peopels, including 8 Sales Representatives, 2 Technical Ingineer, 4 Customer Service Operators , drivers, 1 Regional Supply Manger.
