My first working experience at the GTA Travel, which was in the reservation and customer services was an enriching and helpful experience and serves to confirm my interest in that sector. Working at the customer service department gave me my first taste of dealing with the public. I learnt to appreciate the importance of quality of service, customer satisfaction – hearing at first hand precisely what the customer did and did not like and why! I enjoyed the contact with the general public and felt a particular sense of satisfaction when I was able to advise them the merits of the different products.
Furthermore, working at Easyjet PLC, L’aventure Travel and HSBC Leicester CCC have contributed a lot in my self development and enhancement. I have been exposed to different working environment and culture and this has helped me a lot to become versatile. I have come to work under pressure and meet deadlines when required
