    Developing and managing relationship marketing through all customer contact points, particularly in corporate channels.

    Analyzing the cost factor of each project and projecting All credentials.,

    Working closely with internal parties like skilled & unskilled workers, marketing and customer care activities, also to develop, manage and analyze our customer/suppliers database to stimulate sales/purchase and maintain good relationship between Customers and Management.
    Preparing a complete project cost analysis, structural detailing part of the building.

    Actively seek to ensure and aware of relevant developments in the market.

    Maintenance and development of customer relationships at all levels within the customer organization.

    To participate and take responsibility for all customer issues at Client meetings as Company representative.

    To develop and manage the customer project loan, ensuring all milestones are met and communicated both internally and externally.

    Working closely with Structural Engineers to get the relevant
    Project/structural details.

    GTSTRUDL for complete Modelling, Analysis, Design of RCC & Steel structures.

    Better Exposure to Project Estimation & Project Management softwares like
    Primavera, Hit Office, Building Estimator etc.,

    Strong Knowledge with Autoplotter-Unique Surveying software with Road Estimation- for LS & CS drawings, Earthwork calculations etc.,
