Retired Major from Bangladesh Army having served in various Army/BDR Battalion, Army Headquarters and in United Nations peace keeping operation for last twenty five years.
Professionally specialized on Security with Bachelor of Arts from the National University, Dhaka. Earned MBA from the Royal University of Dhaka and a graduate from Defence Services Command and Staff College in Advance Programme awarded “PSC”. Have completed two years full-time pre-commissioning training in Bangladesh Military Academy.
With over 25 years experience both in the defence and civil services extensive experience in overall human resource management, resource planning, projection & allocation in wide-range of environment including defence and civil administrations, budget allocation & tracking, performance measurement, program and time management, contract management and in-depth investigations on irregularities, corruption and budget misappropriations.
Worked with the United Nations two years as Military Observer and Staff Officer in Peace Keeping Operation in Western Sahara.
Experience in human resource management and leading large personnel in military & paramilitary organisation for 20 years and 5 years in civil administration in Bangladesh including 2 years in UN mission. Also having experienced to handling civil / army personnel during national crisis environment.
