General Experience
Jan.1993- August.1996: I was a member of Humanitarian Company “The Serious Road Trip” in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As such I was responsible for trucks operations.
Aug.1996- Nov.1997: I was a member of Humanitarian Company,
“United Methodist Committee on Relief””(UMCOR), as a Heavy Truck Driver/Monitor Assistant as such I was responsible for all deliveries and convoy escorts true entity lines in Bosnia and Herzegovina, occasionally a monitor and interpreter.
Nov.1997-Feb.2003: I joined Office of the High Representative as Close Protection Driver for PDHR Close Protection Unit assigned to the Amb. Jacques Paul Klein and Amb. Ralph Johnson.
Feb.2003- April.2008: I joined the same team as ” DynCorp International” Close Protection Agent providing Personal Protection for US Ambassador Hays and Ambassador Butler and in addition, due to my improved performances and skills I was Close Protection Unit Shift Leader and Supervisor of our drivers and vehicles and its maintenance. This position includes co-ordination with OHR and US Embassy Workshop in order that all vehicles are maintained properly and that all gear is present at all times.
April.2008-Present: I joined US Embassy Sarajevo on position Security Officer (Protective Detail) providing Personal Protection for all US Ambassadors and US (VIP-s) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Specific experience to support candidate’s application for the labour category applied.
Operational and tactical planning, logistical management, counter surveillance, protective sweeps, advances, detail formations and armoured vehicle motorcade movements in support of protective security operations.
Nov.1997-Feb.2003: My engagement within Office of High Representative Driver/Interpreter assigned to PDHR Personal Protective Detail included involvement in security operations, Advance and Follow driver in convoy/motorcade operations and security briefing, - coordinated all PDHR visits in and out of the country with local police and Government institutions.
Feb.2003-April.2008: US State Department contractor in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, providing Personal Protection for US Ambassador Hays and Ambassador Butler.
April.2008-Present: US Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, providing Personal Protection for US Ambassadors
