AREAS Of Expertise
Operations & Maintenance
• Ensuring maintenance of complete network, inclusive of performance monitoring, day to day network operations, preventive & corrective maintenance.
• Planning, requisitioning and accounting of spares required for maintenance and carrying out post installation site audit ensuring achievement of quality of service as desired.
• Troubleshooting the BTS for various Hardware & Software failures.
• Designing network layouts and managing the installation, commissioning, configuration & maintenance of a wide range of telecom equipments.
Technical Services
• Handling Escalations & crises management for Emergencies.
• Maintaining proper documents for internal audit to ensure negligible objection & generating daily / weekly / monthly reports stating performance & other parameters for submission to top management.
• Trouble shooting in a formatted manner to come to a conclusion about problems and critical issues in adherence to the set of guidelines for trouble shooting by the client.
• Supporting field teams in problem resolutions, follow up statistical performance of newly integrated sites and submitting detail site performance report to Management.
Installation & Commissioning
• Supervising installation and commissioning of Equipments, followed by trial runs.
Identifying project bottlenecks and undertaking corrective measures.
• Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe & timely execution of the projects.
• Installation and commissioning of equipments, followed by plant trial runs meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters and thereafter handing over of the plant.
Project Planning & Execution
• Planning and scheduling site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization.
• Preparing technical specifications including network parameters, resource & task scheduling, resource deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the project.
• Deploying review systems to manage execution of projects on time and as per budgeted parameters.
