• Management and control of Telecom SAQ/CW/TI projects involving multiple contractors with tight time scales and budgetary constraints.
• Train up numerous contractors to achieve timescales and cost with proper documentation.
• Planning, Budgeting, Design, Surveying, Testing & Inspecting Installations.
• CW/SAQ/TI Request for Proposal (RFP)/ RFQ preparation for Service Providers
• Quality standard & Acceptance procedure fixation/secure
• Site Acquisition and CW Process for Mobile Telecom Rollout Projects
• Negotiation to Customer as well SP’s
• Initial and progress planning of multiple projects over widely spaced geographic locations to ensure smooth integration of civil and equipment configuration and operation.
• Good communication & Negotiation skills.
• Manage the risks, including the development of contingency plans
• Flexible, multi-tasked and able to work both independently or in team environment with multicultural peoples.
• Good knowledge and understanding of PROPS-C (widely used Project Management tool introduced by PMI).
• High degree of analytical and investigative abilities
