Job Summary
In/vas(smsc,mmsc) Operational, Administrational and Maintenance function, role & task list for regular, occasional and Preventive Maintenance Program.
Duties and Responsibilities
O Vendor Communication
Open Trouble Ticket for hardware and software issue
Follow up with Vendor for trouble ticket issue.
Make schedule for Hardware and Software Activity.
O Alarm Monitoring
Monitor Alarm and fault report for In.
Take preventive action regarding fault.
O Prepare Script and documentation for Daily O&M.
O Prepare monthly and weekly O&M performance related report.
O Perform Acceptance Test with vendor for new System and Service.
O On call support for all VAS and IN related issue.
O Prepaid Tariff Configuration
Change the Prepaid Tariff as per Planning Work order.
Test the tariff for different purposes like new call rate, GPRS etc.
