•Experiences and solved many alarm of Nokia Flexi BTS, such as WCDMA cell Out of use, IMA remote failure, RF module faulty (can be caused by Bad VSWR/DTF, Optical cable/connector dirty/broken, FRGC/FRGD faulty), BTS RNC interface signaling link failure, Incompatible SW version detected, No connection to unit, bts bl (i), bl (b), bl (m), etc
•Expert on Q1 (flexihopper remote management system) activation, can be polling to Flexi Node B, ultrasite supreme Node B/ 2G, FIU existing, and Nokia intra talk.
•Nokia S-AXC (Stand alone AXC) commissioning, integrations, and ATM Cross connections
• Installation and Commissioning of Ericsson’s Radio Base Station (2106 and 2102) and Minilink E
• Installation, Commissioning and troubleshooting of PDH radios like Nokia Flexi-Hopper (FIU 19) and Nokia RRI
•Commissioning and integrations of Tellabs 6325 Edge Node (STM-1).
• RF Cable testing (Anritsu and Bird), BTS Antenna installation and RF cable/feeder connector installation. And Expert in BER Testing.
•Extensive knowledge of UMTS PLMN (public land mobile network), GSM PLMN, PSTN, ATM, TCP/IP
• Microwave Antenna and IF Cable connector installation.

Projects:
Nokia Siemens Network 2G/3G Projects with operator Telkomsel (Jabodetabek Area). Such as: New site implementation (2G and 3G), link upgrade, Trx upgrade, BSC/RNC rehoming, HSDPA upgrade and new link implementation
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of installation governing the standards implemented by customers providing a good quality of service and Conduct User Acceptance Test of Node B with Nokia partners
- Commissioning , Integration and troubleshooting of Nokia WCDMA flexi and Ultrasite supreme Node B.
- Provide on-job training to Nokia partners on Node B commissioning and integration and Coordinate and support the efforts to troubleshoot system failure
- Commissioning transmission equipments such as FIU 19, RRI of BTS and IFUE of Node B transmission
- Doing physical and logical cross connections from ET to Tellabs, to Flexihopper, and to RRI
