Trouble shooting to localize and correct faults. This implies call tracing, SS7 signaling monitoring (Map, Sigtran and M3UA), collecting statistic and traffic recording, retrieving relevant system information and printouts, apply changes to data entries, etc.
Performing preventive maintenance of the core networks and take proactive action to identify, localize and correct associated faults.
Writing reasonable data translations with the ability to correct existing DT.

Performing acceptance tests and integration of new services, features, functions, and nodes.
