    Duties and tasks performed:
    • Bridge & Road construction supervision activities , approve construction materials, workmanship and quality control activities including quality assurance plan (QAP).
    • Responsible for supervision , contract administration and management and quality control.
    • Explain and /or adjust ambiguities and/or discrepancies in the Contract Document and to provide assistance to the Client (RHD) in the settlement of disputes with the Contractors.
    • Reviewing , verifying and further detail the design of the contract works to approve the Contracts “working drawings if necessary , to issue further drawings and or to give instructions to the Contractors for any works which may not sufficiently detailed in the contract document.
    • Approving and rejecting data for setting out of work
    • Approving the Contractors’ superintendence key personnel , construction programmes , land to be occupied by the Contractors, materials and sources of materials.

    Main project features: Construction of Earth work, Sub-grade, Lime stabilized Sub-base, Lower base, Upper base, Asphalt binder and Wearing courses, 120m long pre-stressed I girder bridges on cast-in-situ pile foundation, 25 Nos. RCC Multi-cell box culverts, 15 Nos. RCC pipe culverts and Road appurtenants works.

    Activities performed:
    • Detailed inspection and test plan preparation.
    • Carryout necessary lab and field test for the embankment, improved subgrade, subbase, base course etc.
