Our Mission
Our mission is to give sports persons the opportunity to focus on their sport and to believe they can be the best. To achieve our mission, we endeavor to:
§ Identify talent and develop clear playing pathways for such players both at home and/or abroad
§ Establish reporting structures with players developing their sport abroad, with their home Governing Bodies
§ Offer a personalised service and hands-on management approach when dealing with both club and player
§ Offer individualised, strategic solutions in an industry where the action is fast and furious
§ Share opportunities with key personnel in the sporting industry
Our Approach
The relationships with our athletes are transparent and professional. We are strong on delivery and place a very high premium on personal communication. A large proportion of our time is spent watching games and identifying potential talent for the next generation.
Who We Represent
Sports men and women whether professional, semi professional or amateur. The Sports we represent are Rugby Union and Cricket. The majority of our clients are from the United Kingdom and South Africa.
The company also establishes links and works closely with specific clubs to meet their requirements for specific player requests. We represent clubs/unions in South Africa, United Kingdom, France, Spain and Italy
