| Architectural Design Director-Dalian
Our client is a leading multinational prime real estate developer which has been developing some of the most prestigious projects in Changxingdao,Dalian. Due to their aggressive business expansion, they are actively seeking a high calibre Architectural Design Director to be responsible for managing all the technical issues of the group.
Responsibilities:
-Review and approve all major technical design schemes and development of new product;
-Review and approve the master plan of all the real estate development projects of the group;
-Lead a Technical Design Team to provide strong support for project operation and
-Formulate the regulations and work procedures related to technology and design.
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Architecture
-Strong design management track record in internationally or locally renowned projects
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-A motivational leader with strong ability to develop international brand
-Good command of written and spoken English or Chinees |
