| Energy Manpower Services, INC., EMSI, was established in July 1991 to cater to the needs of the Oil & Gas, Geothermal and Water Exploration Companies in the Philippines. We are one of the service bureaus recognized the Philippine Department of Energy, Oil & Gas Division.
In 1992, having acquired our license from the Department of Labor, to recruit and deploy Filipino workers overseas, we started providing personnel to oil exploration companies worldwide.
Since then, we have expanded our database to provide competent professionals for the Healthcare Services, Information Technology and Education sectors.
We were able to deploy information technologists to the U.S. To tackle the Y2K plague. Likewise, Registered Nurses were hired through us by several hospitals and healthcare facilities in the U.S.
In 2002, the company entered into a partnership with Alberta Training for Excellence Corporation, (ATEC), a Canada based professional certifying authority. With this partnership, Filipinos are now able to acquire internationally recognized professional certificates enabling them to work and be deployed into the Canadian Hospitality Industry. To date, we have deployed over 900 personnel and still continue to deploy highly qualified Filipino hospitality workers to service the personnel requirement of hotels and restaurants in Alberta, Canada.
More recently, with the ever growing demand for qualified workers in Canada, we have entered into agreement with Healthcare Facilities and Food Processing Plants, deploying Nursing attendants and Production Personnel respectively.
