| Job Description:
Lead all or some People aspects of running a busy and thriving 24 hour restaurant including hiring, training, coaching and development, general food service and safety duties, interacting with vendors. Ensure the safety of our Guests and Associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines. Lead all or some Guest components of a Pho Citi restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team using proven systems and routines. Lead all or some financial areas of a Pho Citi restaurant including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.
Job Requirements:
Restaurant manager duties::
~Excited about our brand and product
~Strong culinary background, with at least 2 - 3 years experience as a Restaurant, Kitchen Manager or AKM
~Position training and new store opening experience. Train the trainer experience a plus
~Experienced in high volume high paced environment
~Strong organizational skills
~Attention to detail
~Strong food safety & sanitation knowledge
~Strong Command of the English language;
~Computer skills: Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and E-mail
~Relevant financial skills: Knowledge of recipe costing, inventory and food cost procedure.
~Ability to troubleshoot food cost problems; teach kitchen management methodology for maintaining and improving cost
~Intimate knowledge of labor control; must be able to over see proper staff and scheduling
~Recognition of qualified employees by position and job description
~Extremely high quality standards and strong work ethic.
~Strong communication skills
~Ability to cook great food a plus |
