We are looking for more then 100 people who are working has Chefs / Cooks / Sous Chef / Chef de Parte / Italian Cooks / Arabic Cooks / continental cooks / North Indian Cooks / South Indian Cooks / We are offering this a good chance to join a quality establishment who are renowned for their food and beverage operation in the entire middle east.
Chefs are responsible for directing the activities of other kitchen workers, menu planning, recipe creation, food and supply ordering, and some specific cooking duties. They are typically the most senior members of the staff.
Cook needed to work in a well-established popular restaurant mainly in the afternoons and evenings. Experience is preferred, however applicants will be considered who are willing to learn and who demonstrate a flair for and appreciation of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, and enjoy using fresh and seasonal ingredients. English and French is a plus.
Candidates will ideally be currently working in some well established chain of hotels or similar establishment, have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for good food and cooking, a positive approach and the strength and skills to deputise in the head chefs absence.
Your input into the menus will be greatly appreciated, as will your creative flair and ability to ensure a happy working environment where the entire brigade are working to their potential.
