| Description: |
Our client a reputable and established property developer in Cyprus operating for over a half of a century, with diverse activities in the construction industry, including contracting, property development and property investment, with a significant client portfolio in Cyprus and abroad.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and health and safety standards and regulations
•Plan and coordinate the execution of construction activities at site
•Monitor the progress of works ensuring timely completion within budget
•Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to supervisors and technical personnel
•Liaise with external consultants and clients
•Manage effectively technical staff, sub-contractors, suppliers and plant and machinery on site

| Capacités Requises: |
Qualifications/Experience:
•3 years + of work experience in site engineering (residential buildings, apartments, offices)
•Bachelor/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
•Candidate must be a fully qualified Civil Engineer according to the Cyprus Scientific & Technical Chamber (ETEK)- i.e. Qualified to work in all EU countries
•Excellent communicational skills
•Excellent team work skills
•Excellent knowledge of English (Knowledge of Greek Language a major advantage)
•Good organisational skills
•Dynamic and self motivated personality
