Job description
The chosen candidate has to comprehend and successfully utilizes the following:
Basic economic skills and knowledge
Provides relevant financial expertise by keeping current on the latest techniques and thinking in finance.
Qualify sales opportunities
Comprehension and rigorously adheres to client’s business philosophy
Coach colleagues (understanding and supporting) our client’s business model.
Understand and facilitate the SCO (Supply Chain Operations) cost flow to our client’s business units.
Conceptualizes and interpret the financial implications of operational changes to business units as well as ARP business unit decisions on supply chain costs.
Demonstrate strong understanding of all functional areas within SCO, their interdependencies, and the impacts process/projects may have on cost flows to all company business units.
Understand and facilitate the SCO business processes (process/project management that SCO drives):
Based on measurement results, provides business process improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
Select and utilize the most appropriate technological application to perform tasks effectively
Utilize their understanding of SCO and advanced knowledge of finance to influence system development.
Utilize advanced knowledge of systems to drive process improvements.
Candidate must have General management reporting experience
Utilize reports to identify risks and opportunities, interprets operational initiatives and identifies appropriate metrics to evaluate and manage progress
Utilize and demonstrate effective and logical critical thinking skills:
Arrive at innovative solutions and opportunities by challenging the status quo.
Anticipate operational problems, quantifies potential financial risks and develops and communicates contingency plans.
Anticipate operational opportunities, quantifies and communicates potential financial benefits.
Utilize root-cause analysis techniques to identify the drivers behind performance.
Utilize insightful and appropriate consultative/influencing skills to support and guide client groups
Lead colleagues across the organization without direct authority in order to accomplish business objectives.
Commercial vision, gain acceptance to garner commitment.
Proactively communicate new information to ensure stakeholders/customers are kept abreast of relevant information.
Act as subject matter expert to consult with business customers on new opportunities for operational improvements.
Must have previous Project management experience
Manage sound project management techniques S.P.I.C.E - scope, plan, initiate, control, and evaluate.
Demonstrate ability to lead projects in a cross functional environment.
Utilize creative thinking to overcome obstacles that may prevent project success.
Remain flexible by initiating or adapting to change when necessary to ensure business objectives are met.
Effectively communicates throughout all phases of the project to ensure all stakeholders are kept abreast of progress.

Candidate Profile
Must be fluent in Dutch and English
Ideally from the Consumer Manufacturing industry
A degree level Education
Excellent communicator
Professional customer service approach
Target driven
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Team player, strong commercial awareness and drive is a must!
