Business Operations/Management Trainee
„X HR functions including recruiting and training
„X Accounting responsibilities includes Bank deposits, posting rents, paying bills and reporting.
„X Supervise onsite staff and execute disciplinary procedures as needed;
„X Monitor and follow up on bad debt to include preparation of late notices, resident and guarantor contact, and filing of evictions;
„X Coordinate preparation and processing of all leases and related paperwork for approval by Business Manager;
„X Maintain key control of occupied and vacant units;
„X Participate in property inspections, quarterly, move-in and move out.
„X Negotiate lease renewals with current residents when possible;
„X Generate needed reports
Paid Internship: also includes housing and a transportation allowance
Training length: 18 months

Must possess strong arithmetic ability, must have excellent communication, customer service and organizational skill, computer literacy required, excel, word, PowerPoint
