Premier Academy (Walnut Campus) - Hiring Instructors for 2009-2010 School Year (8/24/2009 - 6/3/2010 38 week program)
Premier Academy (Walnut Campus) is a tutoring center located in Walnut, Southern California.We are looking for instructors to teach our school year and summer courses.
We are searching for:
• English teachers for 1st-8th grades as well as PSAT and SAT Reading / Writing teachers.
• Math teachers for elementary levels, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Calculus, SAT I and SAT II.
• Science Tutors for biology, chemistry and physics (preferred SAT II and AP Exam teaching experience)
Hours and pay vary depending on the subject(s) taught and teachers’ teaching experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching in small classroom settings.
Preparing lesson plans
Creating homework assignments, quizzes and tests
Committing to schedule within a given period of time
