Job Description:
ƒ{ Provide technical support for IronPort customers, VARs, and Distributors via telephone, email, and occasionally on-site. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
ƒ{ Logging and resolving customer calls
ƒ{ Work with customer to understand their concerns
ƒ{ Triage/root-cause the problem
ƒ{ Provide status to the customer and sales team (as necessary)
ƒ{ Submit Bug reports to Engineering
ƒ{ Submit Enhancement requests to Product Management
ƒ{ Track problems until they are resolved to the customer¡¦s satisfaction
ƒ{ Attending IronPort product training and other industry courses necessary to provide effective technical support.

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements:
ƒ{ Technical proficiency with email and the email infrastructure or web security technologies and networking infrastructure
ƒ{ Strong networking knowledge and understanding of switches, routers, firewalls and subnetting.
ƒ{ Good working knowledge of standard protocols such as SMTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, TCP/IP.
ƒ{ Strong UNIX system administrator skills
ƒ{ Strong English Communication Skill.
